Jeff Smesmo
National Sales Manager - Horticulture
Jeff brings over 18 years of sales experience to the T.O. Plastics team. He has been representing the manufacturing side of business in multiple industries since 1991, and he played a critical role in the development of Horticultural, Agricultural, Industrial and Commercial distribution networks. Jeff enjoys partnering with customers to help them grow their businesses and finds building relationships beyond supplier status and into true partnership status one of the most rewarding parts of his job.
Mike Blomerley
Regional Sales Representative

Mike has been involved in the development of many new and exciting horticulture products designed to enhance operational efficiencies, boost plant quality, promote branding, sustainability, and environmental responsibility. He holds a US patent for an innovative nursery growing / shipping system. His experience includes the development of sales and marketing programs for independent garden centers, nurseries, large growers and local, regional and national retailers. He has been associated with the green industry for over 25 years in various capacities. Mike served on horticulture industry boards and worked with advocacy groups to promote the industry.
In his position as Regional Sales Representative in the Southeastern U.S., Mike brings to T.O. Plastics his extensive sales, sales management, marketing and product development expertise to meet all your growing needs.
Mike Cruden

Mike grew up in a greenhouse family and worked as a production manager for a major Minnesota greenhouse after attending Dupage Horticulture School. He worked as a sales representative for a horticultural distributor and sold bulbs and perennials for a Dutch import company.
Mike joined T.O. Plastics in January of 1997 and helped establish the T.O. distributor network. Mike has seen many horticulture businesses succeed and grow and he attributes much of this success to the fact that these companies use the T.O. Plastics line of horticulture containers. Mike represents T.O. Plastics in the Midwest region of the U.S.
Joel Hoving

Joel has been involved in the green industry for over 15 years. He began his career landscaping and farming in his native state of Michigan. He attended Michigan State University where he received a degree in Turf and Landscape Management. Joel has held positions with two horticultural products distributors where he enjoyed marketing T.O. Plastics containers. With his experience and knowledge in the industry, Joel looks forward to the opportunity to help T.O. customers in the East Central U.S. grow their businesses.
Don Lutz

Don has been providing product advice to growers for over 23 years as a Distributor Sales Consultant. With his extensive knowledge of the Northeastern region of the United States, Don brings a high level of expertise to his customers. Don's goal is to find the right T.O. Plastics product solutions for his customers in order to help them succeed. Don has understands the value of team and great customer relations, which has lead to unsurpassed customer confidence and trust, and the industry success he has earned over the years.
Robert Forte

Robert Forte has been involved in the horticultural industry since 1989. Robert spent 19 years in sales and sales management with what is now one of the largest distributors in the country. He is an Arkansas native that has an intimate knowledge of the horticultural distribution industry, and he represents T.O. Plastics in the Mid-South region. Robert is a goal and team oriented person that thrives on building strong, long-term customer relationships.
Ken Charboneau

Ken began his 37 year career in Horticulture as a gardner in Sumner, WA. After an extensive career encompassing many different positions in the industry, he joined T.O. Plastics in January of 2011. Ken has a very strong understanding of horticultural distribution and solving grower problems. Ken represents T.O. Plastics in the Pacific Northwest region, and is involved in both our horticultural and custom product division sales.

Kevin Leen
Custom/Medical - Midwest Regional Sales Manager
Kevin has over 25 years of experience with custom thermoformed plastic parts. Working as a Custom Sales Rep for the past 15 years, his focus has been on custom medical and electronics packaging. He is very familiar with all thermoforming capabilities of the company and works closely with our Engineering, Estimating, Production and Quality Control Departments to make sure customers' expectations are met or exceeded.
Casey Brennan
Custom/Medical - Western Regional Sales Manager
Casey joined the T. O. Plastics sales team in January 2011, and brings over 30 years of experience in plastics manufacturing environments. Casey has a strong technical background in tooling, design and manufacturing in addition to over 14 years of sales experience in the medical and consumer products industries. Casey has held positions which include Regional Sales Manager, Director of Sales & Program Management and Engineering Manager. He holds AAS, BABA and MBA degrees.
