Mike Blomerley
National Sales Manager - Northeast Territory

Mike has been involved in the development of many new and exciting horticulture products designed to enhance operational efficiencies, boost plant quality, promote branding, sustainability, and environmental responsibility. He holds a US patent for an innovative nursery growing / shipping system. His experience includes the development of sales and marketing programs for independent garden centers, nurseries, large growers and local, regional and national retailers. He has been associated with the green industry for over 25 years in various capacities. Mike served on horticulture industry boards and worked with advocacy groups to promote the industry.
In his position as National Sales Manager - Horticultural Division, Mike brings to T.O. Plastics his extensive sales, sales management, marketing and product development expertise to meet all your growing needs.
Mike Cruden
Territory Sales Manager - Midwest Territory
Horticultural Products
Mike grew up in a greenhouse family and worked as a production manager for a major Minnesota greenhouse after attending Dupage Horticulture School. He worked as a sales representative for a horticultural distributor and sold bulbs and perennials for a Dutch import company.
Mike joined T.O. Plastics in January of 1997 and helped establish the T.O. distributor network. Mike has seen many horticulture businesses succeed and grow and he attributes much of this success to the fact that these companies use the T.O. Plastics line of horticulture containers.
Nicole Fielding
Territory Sales Manager - Pacific Coast Territory
Horticultural Division
As Membership and Advertising Director for the California Association of Nurseries and Garden Centers for 10 years, Nicole built relationships with grower and garden center companies throughout California.
After the association, Nicole worked as a sales representative for a distributor on the west coast that sold nursery supplies to greenhouse growers and wholesale nurseries.
It is Nicole's goal to expand the presence of T.O. Plastics on the west coast.
Jose Hernandez
Territory Sales Manager - Western Territory
Horticultural Division
Jose brings over 25 years of manufacturing experience in the plastics industry to his position at TO Plastics. Jose has worked in different management positions, from shift supervisor to general plant manager. He is fluent in Spanish, both written and spoken, thus part of his territory includes Mexico, Central and South America.

Jennifer Neid, CPP
National Sales Manager, Custom/Medical Division
Jennifer has worked in the medical device community since 1991, starting her engineering career as a co-op student working with Cardiac Pacemakers, Inc. (subsequently Guidant, now part of Boston Scientific). Her undergraduate studies in Manufacturing Systems Engineering combined with her work at CPI/Guidant, led to a career in packaging.
Prior to joining T.O. Plastics in May 2009, Jennifer enjoyed working with various medical device manufacturers as a supplier to solve their packaging dilemmas.
Jennifer has been a Certified Packaging Professional through the Institute of Packaging Professionals since 2002 and heads the Education Task Group for the Medical Device Packaging Technical Committee.
In her position as National Sales Manager, Jennifer brings her extensive packaging experience and knowledge to T.O. Plastics' Custom Division.
Mike Berezni
Custom/Medical Sales Consultant
Mike brings a history of medical and electrical thermoformed packaging design to his position at T.O. Plastics, where he has been a sales engineer since 1991. As a sales consultant, he uses this experience to oversee his clients' projects from product design, development and testing, all the way through production and implementation.
Glenda Kelm
Custom/Medical Sales Consultant
Glenda has over 15 years experience in Customer Service and Sales, with over 10 years experience in the plastics industry. She loves the challenges, diversity and innovations of plastics and continues to educate herself on new plastics technology and the sustainability of plastics.
Kevin Leen
Custom/Medical Sales Consultant
Kevin has over 25 years of experience with custom thermoformed plastic parts. Working as a Custom Sales Rep for the past 15 years, his focus has been on custom medical and electronics packaging. He is very familiar with all thermoforming capabilities of the company and works closely with our Engineering, Estimating, Production and Quality Control Departments to make sure customers' expectations are met or exceeded.
Dennis Solberg
Custom/Medical Sales Consultant
Denny has been working with customers to develop custom vacuum formed parts since April of 1966, back when the plastics industry was still in its infancy. Denny enjoys building long-term relationships with his customers and uses his long-standing expertise in the industry to find cost-effective and innovative design solutions for all types of custom parts.
