Custom/Medical Sales Consultant
T.O. Plastics is currently seeking an experienced Custom Sales Consultant to further accelerate our growth in both the heavy and thin gauge thermoforming markets - specifically Eastern United States.
The position is responsible for the maintenance of existing accounts and the development of new business. Working closely with our Director of Sales and Customer Service, the Custom Sales Consultant will manage designated accounts and strategically seek out and secure new business opportunities for the company.

· Thorough knowledge and proven experience in customer relations is mandatory.
· Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to function effectively with upper management, inter-company departments and specifically, with T.O. customers.
· Attention to detail and the ability to react quickly in an ever-changing environment and industry is a must.
· Basic understanding of manufacturing processes (thermoforming - thin and heavy gauge).
· Ability to perform multiple tasks / projects at the same time.
· Demonstrated leadership and success in sales.
· Ability to use common sense and face situations in an organized, factual manner to assure T.O. Plastics is professionally represented as at all times.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
· Preferred: BA/BS in related field and minimum 7 years of Sales Consulting (selling) experience in the plastics industry - thermoforming .
· Thermoforming background to include Medical Device packaging, heavy gauge cut sheet enclosures and general thermoforming (industrial, food, beverage, etc...).
· Engineering background and or knowledge beneficial to overall scope of position.
· Understanding of PC software packages including Windows, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint. Knowledge of Solid Works (engineering software) is a plus.
Entry Level Product Engineer
T.O. Plastics is currently seeking an Entry level Product Engineer for our Clearwater location. This candidate will be responsible for coordinating the efforts of Sales, Customers, Prototype, Quality Control and Estimation, Purchasing Materials and Production to assure products have the necessary documentation in the form of print specifications to assure quoting, part number structure, tooling and processes to produce products that will meet customer specifications and maintain print files to assure repeatability following all ISO SOP's in production. Candidate must have Solid Works experience.
CNC Programmer/Operator
T.O. Plastics is currently seeking a CNC Programmer/Operator for our Clearwater location. This position will be first shift. This person will be responsible to program CNC's and operate to standards provided by Estimation and Engineering. It is the programmer's responsibility to program the CNC equipment on a timely basis to produce parts that meet print parameters.
