T.O. Plastics is pleased to announced the appointment of Jared Rusch to Director of Sales & Marketing – Horticulture markets. Previously, he held the position of Great Lakes Regional Sales Manager - Horticulture.
In his new expanded role, Jared will assume full commercial leadership for the Horticulture sales team, marketing and customer service. Jared will continue directly managing his customer relationships until he transitions those responsibilities to a new regional sales manager.

Jared joined TOP in 2016 where he led commercial leadership activities in the Great Lakes region. Prior to joining TOP, he held progressive roles in sales and product management with a leading horticulture supply company. Jared has a BA in Marketing and Business Administration from Carthage College.
