T.O. Plastics is pleased to announce that it has been granted registration of its trademark SUREROOTS® by the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). The May 15, 2012 issuance of USPTO registration number 4,143,348 grants T.O. Plastics exclusive nationwide rights to use the mark on or in connection with plant seed growing trays.
SUREROOTS® brand products are specifically designed and engineered to promote healthier and hardier root development and offers superior propagation of trees, flowers, berries, grapes, grasses and more. The inaugural SUREROOTS® product was a 50-cell deep forestry tray that was launched in August 2010, followed by a 38-cell deep plug tray that was added in July of 2011. Further expansion of the SUREROOTS® product lineup will occur when a 2 Quart Round Pot/Tray system is added this Summer.
